Firms that are members of EBP, GAQC or PCPS have their peer reviews performed under the AICPA Peer Review Program or the Center for Public Company Audit Firms Peer Review Program. The vast majority of firms in the CAQ have their review performed under the CPCAF PRP Standards. Information in the public file includes the firm's most recent peer review report, letter of comments (if any) and the firm's response thereto (if any). The firm's three most recent annual reports also appear if the firm is a member of the Center for Audit Quality. If there are any questions regarding the accuracy or the completeness of the documents contained herein, please contact the following Center/Program depending upon the Center that the firm is a member of or the practice monitoring program that the firm is enrolled in.
